Blood
- If DLBCL MRD:
  - 2 x10mL Streck tubes- clonoSEQ ctDNA Kit
  - Green box collection kit
  - Do not refrigerate or freeze streck tubes
- If ALL, CLL or MM:
  - >2mL in 1 EDTA tube-clonoSEQ FRESH Kit
  - Blue box collection kit
Bone marrow
- 1mL bone marrow aspirate in EDTA

Please note: blood samples should be collected in the corresponding Adaptive kit and sent to RMH Send Out laboratory for processsing.
